Here is the card I created for Michelle Perkett Studio’s Stitch It Up challenge.  I purchased Michelle’s image at her store here, and I used one of Paulette’s sentiments from TLC Creations.

For this card, I used paper from my stash.  The gems are by Tulip, and I used a white gel pen for the faux stitches.  I colored the beautiful Autumn image with the following Copics:  0, E00, E33, E37, E44, G09, G14, R24, R39, W00, Y00, Y06, Y08, Y19, YG01, YR00, YR16, YR24, and YR68.
