Tic Tac Toe? August 6, 2011

Okay, so it’s not a post about the game itself, but a requirement for Hambo’s current challenge called Tic Tac Toe Three in a Row.  You have to use three elements out of nine possible elements in order to participate in this challenge, and (of course) they need to make a “win” on a tic tac toe board.  My three elements are ribbon, lace, and flowers.

This card was really fun to make.  I had to make sure to incorporate all the design elements, too, as well as a Hambo image, of course!  Since it has been a while since I’ve participated in their progressive challenges, I used an image I already owned called Football Girl.  The floral background paper is from the DCWV The Pocket Full of Posies matstack, and the three flowers in the corner are Dazzlers florettes.  I used white ribbon from my stash to help frame the image, and the lace is cut with the Floral Doily Accent Spellbinders die.  I cut them out of cardstock from Archivers.  The image was colored with the following Copics: E00, E02, E33, E37, E39, E59, N0, V12, V15, V17, W10, YG17, YG21, and YG25.
