The leaves are changing on the trees, if they have not already changed and fallen from the branches… The temperatures are downright chilly!  I suppose that’s to be expected at this time of the year, right?  While I love the Fall colors, I am definitely not a fan of the chilly, damp weather…  But to brighten up the day, I have a Halloween card to share with you.  The image, from the Gertie the Goose Fall collection (Imagine That! Digis by Kris), includes three different images and a whole pile of sentiments.  This set of 20 images is a real steal, and it includes both the color and the black and white outlines.

Here is my project, using Gertie dressed up as a jack-o-lantern:

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!

For this card, I used some Fall leaf papers for the background. They are from The Paper Studio’s All Seasons II paper pack.  The tan textured cardstock is from my stash.  I used my Cuttlebug and a pumpkin embossing folder to give it some extra dimension.  The sentiment and image are printed on Cryogen cardstock.  The sentiment is punched out using a Stampin’ Up punch, and Gertie and the layer behind her were cut using Card Creator Spellbinders dies.  Gertie and the sentiment both have Vintage Photo Distress ink around them, and Gertie was colored with the following Copic markers:  100, E13, E17, E18, G07, G12, G14, W00, W0, W1, Y02, YR04, YR07, and YR15.

Oh my, this is just too cute! My mom had the concrete front porch goose and she would change her clothing to match the month or special day! She would have loved this collection! You did great on your coloring and I love all of the mats!
Thank you for sharing,
Judy
