Ready for Spring February 22, 2014

Well, I know we technically still have a month before spring hits, but I’m ready for it to come!

So with that in mind, I’ve created a more spring-y card for Paper Temptress today.  For this card, I used a really fantastic stamp set called Seeds of Friendship by Flourishes LLC.  A really great thing about this stamp set is that all of the internal features (below the banner) are individual stamps.  That means you can add whichever words and flourishes you decide you want to use.  It gives the stamp set a huge amount of flexibility!  The image is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Cryogen cardstock and colored with Crayola colored pencils, blended out with Gamsol.  This is matted onto green polka dot paper from my stash, and then again onto some awesome Mushroom Brown Bag Kraft paper.  Hope you have a wonderful weekend!
