One of the many things close to McMahon 5 Designs’ and Sue McMahon’s heart is making sure Breast Cancer Awareness is out there.  She works hard each month to get out a free BCA digital image for people to use and to spread the word.  You can find a link for this month’s free image at the McMahon 5 Designs blog.

I created a card for this month’s BCA campaign:

BCA M5D 032514 Danielle

For this card, I started with the gorgeous image Sue created for Breast Cancer Awareness this month and printed it onto Cryogen cardstock.  Then, I colored the image using the following Copic markers:  E41, E51, E53, RV000, RV00, RV10, RV11, RV23, and W00.  I used Spun Sugar Distress ink around the edge of the image, and then matted it onto two different damask patterned papers from DCWV’s The Luxury Stack, paired with some sheer pink and brown Martha Stewart ribbon.

Hope you enjoyed my project, and please remember to do your monthly self-exam or to remind a loved one that it’s that time of the month again!  You can check out the rest of the Design Team’s creations on the M5D blog.
