I just wanted to share a project I did today… I made a Knuffle Bunny!

IMAG0867

With March being reading month, we’ve been doing lots of projects with books at school.  Our classroom door is decorated with the kids’ pictures.  They are all wearing some Pete the Cat school shoes that they watercolored.  The classroom next door decorated their door using a Knuffle Bunny glyph.  So I did a search and came up with this pattern to make Knuffle Bunny and I wanted to give it a try.  I am by no means great with a sewing machine, but I think it came out pretty cute.  I did change a few things since I didn’t have the right colors of flannel, he is made using cotton.  His paws are gingham instead of solid, but I think it worked.  I think he might be part of Emma’s birthday gift this year.
