Hello, and I hope that everyone who celebrates it had a wonderful Thanksgiving and was able to spend it with family and friends. For this week’s project, I’m bringing you another Brusho card.
For this card, I started out with a card base of Neenah Solar White cardstock. Layered on top of that is some Pool cardstock, which is a gorgeous blue. the ornaments are watercolor paper that have been sprinkled with Brusho in Sea Green and Alizarin Crimson. I used some black thread to tie bows to the tops of the ornaments, and the sentiment is from the My Sentiments Exactly Holiday Squares set. The dies are Crafter’s Companion Die’Sire ornament dies called Snowflake Bauble, Ornate Bauble, and Teardrop Bauble.

Happy Saturday! Time for another Christmas card… I really like the way the tree pops on this card.
For this card, I stared out using Sea Green Brusho on some watercolor paper. I cut out the tree using the Crafter’s Companion Die’sire Seasonal Tree die, and then I used some scrap red paper for the pot the tree is in. The card base is Neenah Solar White, and the black background paper is my favorite textured black paper, Classic Linen Epic Black. The sentiment is heat embossed using a stamp from My Sentiments Exactly set Rockin’ Around with Tsukeniko white embossing powder.

Wow, I can’t believe it is almost December! Here is a quick and easy Christmas card to make.
For this card, I used a Darice stencil with Christmas ornaments on Neenah Solar White cardstock. The stencil has some light adhesive on the back, which made it easy to color with since I knew it wouldn’t move. I used Spectrum Aqua markers to color in the ornaments, and then embellished them with a clear Wink of Stella pen and some gold Stickles. The sentiment is by My Sentiments Exactly, and to frame it better, I went over the outer edge of the card using the True Black Spectrum Noir marker.

Here is my latest project. I used plenty of technology to create this card, including my printer and Minc.
For this card, I started with a card base using Earthstone from the Classic Linen Package. It is really hard to see in the photo, as it is underneath a sheet of the most awesome Vellum that I embossed using an Anna Griffin embossing folder. (If you have never used this vellum before, it is so worth it! It is heavy duty and embosses like a dream!) The digital image is an old one from Paper Squirrel, and I printed it out and colored it using Portfolio watercolor pencils before foiling it with light pink foil on my Minc. The banner is cut from a piece of cardstock from my stash and the sentiment is a My Sentiments Exactly rub on.

Well, the countdown for Christmas has truly begun! I wish I could say I was already done with everything, but I am still trying to get out those last few Christmas cards and purchase a few more small gifts.
The card I am sharing with you today was created with the help of the Sizzix Framelits Triple Circle Flip-Its Card die set.
For this card, I used Brown Bag cardstock as the base. Then, I used Cranberry Brown Bag text weight cardstock for two of the cut pieces and Olive Brown Bag text weight for the scalloped circles. The center circles are cut out of Cryogen cardstock, since I wanted a white piece for the center and I did not want too bright a white for this particular card. The reindeer stamps are from Martha Stewart, and they are embossed using Wow Primary Bark embossing powder. The Jingle Bells sentiment is a clear stamp set from My Sentiments Exactly, and it is embossed using clear embossing powder.

This month for TTCRD‘s challenge, we are making Spring-themed tags! Pizzazz Aplenty is sponsoring this challenge, and Judy is offering a $10 bag of goodies to the winner. And, as always, don’t forget about the monthly winner who will receive a gift card from Aletha at Ippity.
Isn’t this little guy a cutie? He is Eggbert Bunny from Bugaboo! I just couldn’t resist this cute little image. The tag is embossed purple cardstock from Archivers. I also used Distress Ink to ink up the edges, and I colored the image with Copic markers. The small tag says “Easter Blessings” and is from the Just Rite Happy Everything Tag Making Kit. The beautiful pink ribbon is from My Sentiments Exactly.
This tag will be entered into the following challenges:

Here is the card I made to celebrate an anniversary. I won’t say whose, just in case they happen to peek at my blog. I also created it for the following challenges: Designed 2 Delight’s progressive challenge, For Fun Challenges’ Wednesday challenge, and The Paper Shelter’s Challenge #32.
For this card, I used mostly Distress Inks to color it. The background is fingerpainted with Distress Inks in Faded Jeans, Broken China, Weathered Wood, and Stormy Sky along with pearlized water. The digital image, Happiness Blooms, is one that can be found at the Designed 2 Delight store. I “painted” it using the following Distress Inks: Broken China, Peeled Paint, Wild Honey, Milled Lavender, and Mustard Seed with pearlized water. The sentiment is one from My Sentiments Exactly (MSE), and I stamped it using a dark blue Rubber Stampede dye ink. Then, I used the blending tool to add some Broken China Distress Ink to it before edging it again with the same dark blue dye ink.

This challenge is for Michelle Perkett Studio’s Tag You’re It Challenge.
I can’t recall what the name of this type of card should be, if it actually opened up… Please feel free to leave a comment if you know! However, because I wanted to make it so that the recipient has to pull the tag out of the card, I chose to glue down the flaps, so the card does not open.
For the tag and card, I used Michelle Perkett’s image Air. The background paper is from the ATD Wildflowers 12×12 paper pack. The yellow and pink solid papers I matted the digital image on were from my stash. The pretty pink and white ribbon is from My Sentiments Exactly. I used the following Copics to color the image: E00, E51, G03, RV02, RV04, V17, Y11, Y15, and YR09.
