I’m giving a Christmas progressive challenge a try.  It is being done by Digistamps4Joy and so far, it has been a lot of fun.  This is the second month and so far, I am keeping up with it – we’ll see if I can make it all the way to December… if I can, it will give me a great head start on making Christmas cards.

Digistamps4Joy Feb Progressive Challenge (2)

For this card, I colored the dragon using a variety of purple colored pencils (both Crayola and Prismacolor).  Then, I colored the Santa hat and ornament.  The image is printed on Cryogen cardstock and then matted on purple cardstock that I embossed using a Christmas ornament Cuttlebug folder and then again onto textured red cardstock from my stash.  I know I didn’t exactly use traditional Christmas colors, but I think it works.

This is being entered into the Digistamps4Joy progressive challenge.
